Hydranautics was acquired by Nitto Denko Corporation, Japan in 1987 and we became a part of Nitto Global Membrane Division (GMD).
The Nitto Membrane Division comprises of three production facilities: Hydranautics, headquartered in Oceanside, California, USA; a membrane manufacturing plant in Shiga Prefecture, Japan and an element assembly facility in Shanghai, China. These three facilities, in addition to a network of offices and warehouses spanning around the globe, provide 24-hour technical and sales support with timely response to customer requests. Our continuing commitment to research and technology results in the continued development of specialized membrane products.
Hydranautics’ products are currently in use on all seven continents. Product applications include potable water, boiler feedwater, industrial process water, wastewater treatment, surface water treatment, seawater desalination, residential water, electronic rinse water, agricultural irrigation and pharmaceuticals.
